Delivery Times
The following times are estimates only but 99% of parcels are received well within these times quoted. Our next day delivery service is applicable from the day of dispatch
and not from the date your order is placed. We do however try to dispatch all goods the same day but sometimes cannot guarantee this.
You will be notified by e-mail if there is going to be a delay to your order.
Every UK order is fully insured against loss, damage or theft. If you do not receive an order, or it arrives damaged, click "contact us" or see RETURNS PROCEDURE OR MISSING ORDERS below.
We pick & pack your orders as soon as possible for fast dispatch to you, but please note that these times are only estimates.
Overseas orders are dependent on local delivery services in the relevant country to fulfil their quoted delivery times. Unfortunately
delays can occur ie customs checks etc, and we cannot guarantee that parcels will always arrive on time due to circumstances which are beyond our control.

Receiving Deliveries We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address when you expect your items since all items require a signature upon delivery.
We do not accept any responsibility if the courier/postal service do not deliver on time for whatever reason.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS :
If your order is returned to us UNDELIVERED / NOT COLLECTED you will be held responsible and charged for all re-shipping costs.
Missing Orders Parcels do sometimes go missing but dont panic, our customer support is waiting to help.
We send a "confirmation of dispatch" e-mail with every order when it's on its way to you. In this e-mail is a tracking reference & a link to the Royal Mail's TRACK & TRACE service.
Please try this service first before contacting us. If you have no luck there, then get in touch with us, via the options below, so we can find out what is happening for you.

UK Customers: We cannot investigate lost or missing parcels until 10 working days have elapsed.
Overseas Customers: We cannot investigate lost or missing parcels until 28 days have elapsed.
For parcel loss/theft, we will only resend or refund the cost of the order once the maximum delivery times stated above have passed.
Returns Firstly, please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first.
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will require you to return the item/s & we will then send replacements as required.
Of Course, UDM will refund the costs to your credit card for your return postage! (see exceptions below)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases so should any items be faulty or incorrect you can return them as follows.
Please include a brief note with your name & address, order id explaining the reason for return.
There is no need to return the whole order if only one item is incorrect or faulty.
Refunds & Exchanges :
1. We are happy to offer a Full Refund on all goods returned within 7 working days, providing the item has not been used & is in perfect condition
with all packaging, manuals & other accesssories intact.(except see point 2)
2. We are happy to accept returns of items that are simply not wanted etc - but unfortunately can only offer an exchange in this situation (see 3. below).
3. Due to Cd Copying etc all other returns are accepted on a like-for-like exchange basis only.
4. We issue full refunds including any shipping costs for any Item/order that is deemed as 'Faulty' when recieved and not ready to use (should you the customer not accept a replacement)
Faulty Items & Warranties UDM LTD offers a standard 12 month Manufacturers Warranty on all Electrical Goods.
Should an item be deemed faulty upon Delivery we will inspect the Item first, and send a replacement immediately if the fault Cannot be fixed.
After 28 days have elapsed all other Warranty repair claims will be processed via the appropriate Manufacturer (subject to their approval - If the fault is deemed a 'Non Warranty' repair we will inform you of any costs before any repair work is undertaken)
Exceptions:
If goods are returned to us as 'Faulty' and no fault is to be found on the item, we reserve the right to not accept/refund items as 'Faulty Goods', but treat as 'Exchanged Goods'
We will not refund any shipping costs incurred by UDM Ltd should this prove to be the case.
Customer info : Please read LIABILITY : UDM LTD accepts no responsibility for fraudulent credit card transactions that may occur as a result of credit card details being placed on the internet.
YOUR ORDER : We make every effort to ensure the goods we supply are of the highest quality, reach
you in original/good condition, and are delivered promptly as stated on our website.
PURCHASING FROM US : By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use
your personal details for the purposes of supplying said goods (including passing your personal details onto couriers
& other subcontractors). Personal details can be removed from our database by written request. If you have submitted
your email address to our email marketing system you may remove your details by sending an e-mail to

stating "Remove me from your list" in the subject heading . No property or title of the goods shall pass from udm
ltd to the customer until payment has been received in full.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS: All orders and special offers are subject to availability. We stock over 6000
items and it is very difficult to keep every item in stock at all times. We will always inform you if an item is not
in stock at the time when you place your order.

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES : It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and
taxes levied for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will lose your
goods as well as your money. ( UDM Ltd is not liable for any loss).These taxes are only applicable for non UK & non European union countries.
DISCLAIMER: We may refuse to take an order if, in the circumstances, we feel you have given us false or mis-leading information
which could/will be deemed as a commercial threat to udm ltd. We reserve the right to amend our terms and
conditions at any time without prior notification.
